In the beginning of 2011.
Seven Peaks’ motto is “clean, safe, and friendly fun.” We do everything we can to maintain those values. Seven Peaks Salt Lake will adopt all the policies that have made Seven Peaks Provo the #1 entertainment venue in the state including a no outside food policy, parking fee, no smoking, and Sunday closure. You may also notice additional ticket booths to move lines faster, additional food ordering windows to reduce the wait time, and additional employees to assist with the cleanliness and safety of the park.
Only Pass of All Pass holders may enter the park at 9:30 a.m. Other waterpark attendees may enter at 12:00 a.m.
Groups who have booked a birthday party with Seven Peaks and have received prior permission from the Groups Manager may bring a birthday cake into the park.
Shoes may not be worn on the slides, but flip flops or sandals worn around the park may be held while going down the slide.
Children are allowed to ride on the lap of a parent or responsible adult on certain slides. Please contact the Front Office for more details or ask First Aid when you're in the park.
Rainchecks or refunds are not guaranteed and are done on a case-by-case basis. Seven Peaks advises patrons to check the weather and attend the waterpark at their own discretion.
We sell swim diapers in the Gift Shop (subject to availability).
You can bring a Coast Guard approved lifejacket, baby floats with built in seats, and swimsuits with built in flotation. Arm floaties are allowed if they are accompanied with a lifejacket. Noodles, inner tubes, rafts, kickboards, or boogie boards are not allowed. Lifejackets can be rented from First Aid in exchange for a driver's license or Pass of All Passes.
Tadpole passes are free passes given to children ages 0-3. They require a picture and can be used like a normal Pass of All Passes. (Please note that some of the Pass of All Pass venues may have lower age limits. Please contact them for information.)
Children age 2 and younger and seniors 65 and older are free at all Seven Peaks and Trafalga locations. Ages vary for partners on the Pass of All Passes. Please contact the partners to find out about ages required to have a pass to enter the venue or visit our website www.passofallpasses.com.
Seven Peaks reserves the right to close at any time, including for weather purposes. Seven Peaks does not offer refunds if this happens.
Seven Peaks Waterparks offer a service called “Tube Sitting” that allows patrons to “check in” their tube for a temporary amount of time while they are at the park. This discourages tube theft and allows patrons to enjoy attractions that don’t require tubes, without losing track of their tube. Please ask for the Tube Sitting time frame every time you check in your tube – time allowed for Tube Sitting may vary.
Our operating season can be found here.
Discount tickets are available at various locations in Utah. Any concerns with tickets purchased from another vendor should be addressed by that vendor.
Lockers and Cabanas can be rented in the Gift Shop or at the Kiosk outside of the main gate.
Please email your complaints to customerservice@sevenpeaks.com.
In accordance with nationwide industry standards, Seven Peaks Waterpark does not allow outside food or drink into the park. Compliance to these standards has vastly improved cleanliness of the park, safety of our guests, and lessened maintenance problems with our equipment and pools. This year we are offering significant discounts on food in our Day Pass Packages and Passholder Perks and have added smaller-priced food items to our Gift Shop. Small, toddler sized snacks are allowed inside the park for those with small children. If you have specific dietary needs, a doctor’s note should be provided. This policy is still valid in the case of cabana rentals.
Revenues generated from parking allow Seven Peaks to maintain top of the line security and maintenance to prevent parking lot incidents. This allows our guests to enjoy a safe experience at Seven Peaks Waterpark.
Seven Peaks does not allow alcohol products or the use of tobacco products of any kind in the park or parking lot.
Seven Peaks Salt Lake will be closed on Sundays.
